Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a trouble, even when generated in an arbitrary work device, from influencing work devices before and after and further to prevent applied cream solder from coming off.
CONSTITUTION: By on-off controlling a pilot stand 41, a reel 32 of a reel stand 31 is rotated to feed out a hoop material 2. In order to decrease looseness of the hoop material 2 in work devices of ring projection spot welder 33, cream solder applier 34, diaphragm supply spot welder 35, lead benders 36, 37, cream solder apply strip cutter 38, each air feeder 42a to 42f is set. By simultaneous operation, the air feeders 42a to 42f of respective equipment 33 to 38 are synchronized by electric signals, to perform a pitch feed of the hoop material 2.
