PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of the acoustic material by providing the resin layer on the surface of the acoustic material before scaping the mica scale and thus omiting the resin soaking of the lamination substance to secure a uniform distribution of the resin.
CONSTITUTION: The lump mica is crashed by the water jetting and then classified, and epoxy resin emulsion 4g of about 55.5% is mixed to suspension 160g or 5% mica amount. Thus the resin colloidal particle is coated on the surface of the mica scale. The heat pressing is applied to the mica scale after scraping by the metal mesh and heating, finally the main hardensing being given at 150°C. In such way, the resin soaking can be omitted for the lamination material with a uniform distribusion secured for the resin, thus obtaining an excellent disaphragm for the cone speaker.
