Abstract:
To manufacture a high-strength adjuster pin at low cost.
At the time of manufacturing an adjuster pin which is for adjusting a brake, provided with a head part 13 at one end of its shaft part and also on which a groove 14 is formed across the head part 13, the head part is formed by forging at one end of a wire rod and, next, the groove is formed by forging in the head part. That is, the adjuster pin is manufactured only by forming by forging.
