Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make alloy for winder use with a silicon enrichment layer.
SOLUTION: After a filter 3 made of a wire gauge in desired shaped is put inside a cavity 2 of a casting mold 1. The molten metal of ally of filtration eutectic aluminum and silicon is poured into the cavity 2 and pressured. The molten metal permeates the filter 3, and in the place where the molten metal contacted the filter 3 the primary crystal silicon condensed. The filter 3 is removed after the molten metal solidifies and a silicon enrichment layer appears. By changing the wire gauze component the product becomes usable for wider purposes.
