Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the yield of manufacturing an annular laminated core by connecting by bonding the ends of an annular core as required when a strip iron plate is annularly wound to form a laminated core, thereby obtaining a core of necessary size irrespective of the length of the strip iron plate. CONSTITUTION:When a strip iron plate 1 is annularly wound to form an annular laminated core 2, the end 4a of the previously formed annular core 4 and the end 2a of the annular core 2 formed later are butted, and are connected by bonding with an adhesive tape 6. In this manner, the core of the prescribed size can be formed irrespective of the length of the plate 1, thereby improving the yield of the material and enhancing the working efficiency.
