Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the anticorrosive and antifouling effects by passing a steel sheet having a copper (alloy) film formed on the surface by spraying through the space between rolls to smoothen the film and to seal the pores in the film.
CONSTITUTION: A copper (alloy) film 2 is formed on the surface of a steel sheet 1 by spraying. The steel sheet 1 having the film 2 is passed through the space between rolls 3, 4 so that the film 2 is pressurized to such a degree that the steel sheet 1 is not deformed. The film 2 is smoothened and the pores remaining in the porous film 2 are sealed, so both anticorrosive and antifouling effects are produced.
