Title:
MANUFACTURE OF ARTIFICIAL FLOWER CONFINING RESIN DECORATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1111096
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confine an artificial flower in a cubic engraving manner like an underwater flower by covering the artificial flower with resin material powder from above, placing a resin molding thin layer, melting it at specific temperature, and forming a cubic front layer copied with a protrusion and recess part of the artificial flower, thereby creating a sense of cool. SOLUTION: A rear layer 1 is formed by filling resin in a predetermined mold and melting and cooling it in a no-pressure state at about 200 to 250 deg.C. An artificial flower 2 is disposed on a surface of the layer 1. A resin molding thin layer 3 placed from above the flower 2 is melted and cooled at about 200 to 250 deg.C to form a cubic front layer 4 copied with a protrusion and recess part of the flower 2. A completed decoration 5 contains many foams 6 interspersed in the resin and confines the flower in a float engraving state copied with the protrusion and recess part. In the case of a wall hanger or a picture frame, a hoisting fixture or string is mounted at the layer 1. In the case of an ornament, a fixed base is combined. And, beauty or freshness in which the artificial flower is mistook as a fresh flower by seeing through the resin layer can be permanently held without discoloring by heating.
