Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mass produce an automatic opening-closing valve by a mold of a synthetic resin, and also form in the almost same way as when a cut line is formed between a large number of valves by the mold of a synthetic resin.
SOLUTION: A forming space 6 of a large number of valves 5 and a molding space 8 to form a base part 7 around a head part 2, are formed in a radial shape on an inclined face 3 of the head part 2 of a core 11 having a pyramid or a cone of its truncated body or the like, a hinge space 10 to contact with both spaces 6 and 8 is formed, a metal mold 14 is formed by combining a cavity 13 with the core 11, a main body 15 is formed by injecting a synthetic resin, a pressing-down member 17 having a passing hole 16 inside is fixed in contact to the main body 15, the valves 5 are elastically deformed in a plane shape, and is put in a closed condition, and an automatic opening-closing valve is manufactured.
