Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the appearance of a product and impart an excellent cushioning property thereto by avoiding chipping of surface member due to melted resin and eliminating heat damage when the surface member and resin core material are to be molded integrally by press molding.
CONSTITUTION: An unfoamed material for a surface member 30, containing foaming agent, is charged in press molding upper and lower molds 50 and 60. The surface member 30 is foamed by the heat of a melted resin M injected into the upper and lower molds 50 and 60 in press molding.
