PURPOSE: To manufacture a sun-visor, excellent in the appearance easily, by a method wherein core material is injected onto the rear surface of a skin member and the end of the peripheral rim of said skin member is rolled into said core material after taking the skin member out of a mold, thereafter, said core materials are bonded with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A skin member 1, such as cloth or the like, is retained to a movable side mold 2 temporarily and, thereafter, molten resin 6 is injected to form a core material 7. Next, the core material is taken out of the mold and the skin member 1, exposed at the peripheral rim of the core material 7, is rolled into the end of the core material 7, then, the rolled part 1a is fixed by adhesives. Finally, the core materials 7, 7', obtained in such a manner, are engaged mutually at the fitting sections 9a, 9b thereof to integrate them. Sewing work or the like is not necessitated, therefore, a sun-visor having excellent appearance may be manufactured easily.
