Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a balaneer for washing drums of washing machines, free from fear of liquid leakage, simply and rapidly, by placing an upper ring on a lower ring filled with a liquid, and by friction welding of the contact part between the rings.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid, e.g. water, is poured from the pipe 6 into the bottom ring 2, and the top ring 1 is fitted. The rings 1 and 2 are rotated in the opposite directions to fuse and weld the contact part of the rings by the frictional heat, thus forming the desired hollow annular body 8.
EFFECT: The pouring of the liquid can be effected easily and rapidly without requiring screw plugs and packings.
