PURPOSE: To reduce cost, shorten molding process and improve quality, by molding under predetermined heating after dispersing a material substantially uniformly.
CONSTITUTION: A meterial, thrown into a hopper 9 and introduced into a forcing unit 8, is transferred forwardly by a screw conveyor, driven by a motor 10, and is carried through the throwing port 7 of an outer frame 5 into a molding cavity 6. Both of a sucking device and an exhaust device are driven to inject or suck air through respective air holes 12. The biased distribution of the material is eliminated and the density control of the material is effected by the vacuum or the blow of controlled air after a predetermined time has elapsed, as a result, the material is dispersed comparatively uniformly on the molding surface 2a of a bottom force 2 after stopping the injecting or the blowing of the air. The material is dispersed uniformly in such a manner, thereafter, the air vacuum and air blow are stopped. Then, both of the molds 1, 2 are preheated to a given temperature and the top force 1 is descended to close the molds 1, 2.
