PURPOSE: To make thickness of a susceptor small in order to improve filling efficiency of an active material and to make extension of the susceptor suppressible even if a metallic plate of high porosity is used, by forming an angle between the direction in which active material paste is supplied and the active material susceptor on which paste is stuck so that it is specified in the direction in which the susceptor runs and next supplying the paste in the direction in which the susceptor runs.
CONSTITUTION: An angle θ formed between the direction in which active material paste is supplied and an active material susceptor on which this paste is stuck is made to be 5∼45° in the direction in which this susceptor runs, and the paste is supplied in the direction in which the susceptor runs. The angle θ smaller than 50 is inconvenient for the manufacturing of this device, and so a paste supply pressure must be made very large in order to enlarge a degree of adhesion between the susceptor and the active material paste. The angle θ larger than 45° is not inconvenient according to the supply pressure. In this case, however, essentially a pressure applied perpendicularly to the susceptor is made larger than a computed value because the paste is squeezed at an outlet part of the susceptor, and the pressure applied in the direction in which the susceptor runs is made small to the contrary.
