PURPOSE: To provide a method applicable to manufacture of a bearing, having a two-layer rubber ring, which is used as a feed roller for sheets or cards, where thicknesses of inner and outer peripheral layers of the rubber ring are uniform on the whole periphery and inner and outer layers are integrated.

CONSTITUTION: In an outer periphery of an outer ring of a rolling bearing 1, a rubber ring inner periphery layer 3a made at other place is embedded and adhered. The inner periphery layer 3a is brought in a state that heat treatment for vulcanization is not processed. The bearing 1 is inserted into a metal die 11 and melted rubber to be a rubber ring outer periphery layer is injected into a cavity 15 formed on the outer periphery of the rubber ring inner periphery layer 3a. Thereafter, the metal die 11 is heated so as to complete the vulcanization treatment of the inner and outer layers 3a, 3b of the rubber ring 3 so as to integrate the layers 3a and 3b. The inner periphery layer 3a and the outer periphery layer 3b are made of rubber having the same material but different in hardness. The metal die 11 is provided with a plurality of film gates 16 on an outer periphery face 15a of the cavity 15.
