Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position of a belt at a suitable position in a belt thickness direction of a core body component by uniformizing a thickness of the belt without uniformizing a thickness of a sheet itself by a method wherein first and second cutting processes wherein a surface is cut to a uniform thickness are provided after first and second pressurizing processes wherein an unvulcanized elastomer sheet on a mold are pressurized.
SOLUTION: In a first forming process A, a peripheral face of a cylindrical mold is covered by a cylindrical canvas, an unvulcanized elastomer sheet is wound thereon, and an under canvas layer and an under rubber layer are provided. In a first pressurizing process B wherein that is pressurized and a first cutting process C, a surface of the under rubber layer is cut to be uniformized to a specific thickness. Then, after winding a core body component on the under rubber layer in a second forming process D, an unvulcanized rubber sheet is wound thereon to provide an upper rubber layer. Further, in a second pressurizing process E, an upper rubber layer is pressurized, and a surface of the upper rubber layer is unifomized to a specific thickness in a second cutting process F. An upper canvas layer is provided on the upper rubber layer in a third forming process G, and a cylindrical slab composed of from the lower canvas layer to the upper canvas layer is fabricated to a product in a vulcanizing pressurizing process H.
