Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformize the thickness of a bent material in the radial direction in time of its manufacture by using a thinned stock which is formed in the tapered form from its neutral axis to the inside in the radial direction.
CONSTITUTION: When the stock 7 in the form of a band plate is bent in its width direction to manufacture a coiled product, bending is performed to the stock 7 which is tapered and thinned from its neutral axis A-A to the inside in the diametrical direction, or, which is tapered and thickened from its neutral axis A-A to the outside in the diametrical direction.
