Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for bent pipe being suitable to the manufacture of the bent pipe having small inner diameter.

CONSTITUTION: A float pipe-expanding plug 12 is inserted into the inner part of a straight pipe stock 10 by a pulling member 11 to expand the diameter of the pipe stock 10 and also, bending force is applied to the part 10b just after expanding the diameter in the pipe stock 10 with a roller 14 while guiding the part 10a just before expanding the diameter in the pipe stock 10 only from the outer diameter side with a guide member 13 to manufacture the bent pipe.
