PURPOSE: To form an adhesive film displaying primer action in the thread part of a bolt and a nut on the surface of the thread part with excellent adhesive ness.

CONSTITUTION: A primer layer consisting of acetylacetonato-metal is provided on the thread part of a bolt or a nut, and an adhesive film consisting of water dispersion type adhesive agent is formed on the primer layer. The water dispersion type adhesive agent is composed of a liquid where monomer having methacryloyl group is emulsification dispersed in water by protective colloid consisting of aqueous polymer, and contains 0.2 to 10 pts.wt. of organic peroxide and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of reducing agent forming redox with the organic peroxide per 100 pts.wt. of monomer, and the organic peroxide is involved in microcapsule.
