CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 is coated with a uniform mixture of a soln. of a recording agent composed of a diazonium salt, a coupling agent, an acid stabilizer, and a polymer binder dissolved in an org. solvent, and a liquid dispersion contg. a thermodeveloping agent, and dried to obtain a card A having a recording layer made of a photosensitive and thermosensitive diazo type recording material. A positive-positive mode latent image is formed on the information frame of the portable photograph of the substrate A and an image of character or pattern is formed on the recording layer 2 by applying heat energy with a heat printing medium, and finally these images are fixed by irradiating the whole surface of the substrate 1 with light energy to form a sharp portrate photograph and character or pattern information.
