PURPOSE:To improve productivity in manufacture of a cast material, by a method wherein the inside of a mold is fitted with a baggy molded body comprised of a film or a sheet possessing a mold release layer and a curing composition is cast into the baggy molded body for cure. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a mold is fitted with a baggy molded body comprised of a film or a sheet possessing a mold release layer and a curing composition is cast into the baggy molded body for cure. The mold is of a matter capable of performing casting of the curing composition and taking-out of a cast product without disassembling or breaking or clamping the mold by becoming a structure possessing an air gap where warm air or water in either a curing chamber or tank circulates. The baggy molded body is comprised of either the film or the sheet of either polyolefin or fluorine polymer and a thickness of the same is 0.3-0.8mm. In the case where a baggy mold release film is taken out along with a cured molded product, the cured molded product can be obtained by releasing the baggy mold release film from the cured molded product after the taking-out. In addition, after release of the cured molded product, shifting to the next molding operation can be performed easily by preparing a conditition where the inside of the mold is fitted again with the baggy mold release film.
