Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure that the surface roughness of a corrugated sheet is partially changed easily and stably without increasing manhour.
CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb product 1 is formed using a corrugated sheet 11 obtained by allowing a plain sheet to pass between paired corrugating rollers 3, 3' with partically varying surface roughness index, and this product 1 is inserted into a sleeve, accompanied by a procedure to disperse and fuse each contact part. The positional accuracy of parts with varying roughness index is improved by transferring the surface roughness index of the corrugated rollers 3, 3', and the roughness can be changed with the concurrent molding of the corrugated sheet 11, thus not contributing to an increase in manhour.
