Abstract:

To enable reduction of manufacturing time and manufacturing cost, and further flexiblity in the case when the amount of production is relatively small and there area a large variety of products to be made.

An method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic part comprises a first process (a) to (e) wherein charged powder for forming ceramic layers 15 is printed on a carrier member 11 made of a PET film and a ceramic layer 19 is formed thereon, a second process (f) to (j) wherein charged powder for forming internal electrodes 20 is printed on the ceramic layer 19 to form an electrode pattern 21 to be internal electrodes, and a third process (k) to (o) wherein charged powder for forming a ceramic layer 15 is printed on the ceramic layer 19 and the electrode pattern 21 to form another ceramic layer 22.
