PURPOSE: To secure such a wire rod that is excellent in a superconductive characteristic manufactureable by forming a coat consisting of a superconductive material on a pipe inner surface, then performing decomposition and sintering treatment of this coat as making gas flow therein, and forming the superconductor coat in the pipe inner surface.
CONSTITUTION: After a solution 2 containing ceramics superconductive material is filled up in a metallic pipe 1 whose one end B is sealed, as exhausting from the other end A of the pipe 1 by a vacuum pump, it is moved up to the close end B from the opening end A in a heating furnace 4, evaporation and removal of a solvent are gradually performed by decompression and heating, and each coat 5 consisting of the superconductor material is formed in an inner surface of the pipe 1 in order. Next, both ends of the pipe 1, and decomposition and sintering treatment of the coat 5 is performed while making gas for making the superconductive material into superconductization flow there, thus a superconductor coat is formed in the inner surface of the pipe 1. With this constitution, the supply of oxygen to the coat consisting of the superconductive material is sufficiently performed so that such a ceramics superconductive wire rod that is excellent in the superconductive characteristic is securable.
