PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture charms with high accuracy by applying in advance a peeling agent to a core paper form piece part peeled off from ornamental cloth, sticking core paper and the ornamental cloth to each other and punching them simultaneously by plural units.

CONSTITUTION: Surface core paper 2 and reverse side core paper 3 are arranged by placing a bending scheduled part 5 between them, a paste margin corresponding part 6 is arranged on their whole outside periphery, and also, in the inside of the surface core paper 2, many punching scheduled arts formed by arranging a window opening scheduled part 7 for a shrine name display window are arrayed on a charm paper form 1, and after applying a peeling agent to the paste margin corresponding part 6, the bending scheduled part 5 and the window opening scheduled part 7, ornamental cloth 8 is pasted, and subsequently, punching is executed. From each charm member 11, core paper form pieces 1a, 1b are removed, paste marging parts formed by putting paste onto the outer and the inner edges of the surface core paper 2, the reverse side core paper 3 and the window opening part are folded back and stuck, respectively, and is shrine name form is placed so that a shrine name is visible from the shrine name display window, between the surface core paper 2 and the reverse side core paper 3 whose outside surface and edge part are covered with ornamental cloth, and folded and fitted in the central bending part.
