PURPOSE: To unify the paste filling density and simplify the filling quantity control and a production facility by mixing a dispersant in paste, and filling a fixed quantity of it into a tube.

CONSTITUTION: A dispersant is mixed in paste to set the viscosity to the preferable viscosity 3000cps or below, and it is filled with a piston pump by the fixed quantity filling method. Sulfic acid 22(l) with the specific weight 1.16 is kneaded with lead powder 100kg consisting of Pb 27% and PbO 73%, for example, and a wet dispersant for a water paint mainly made of alkyl-tellurinic acid ester salt solution 0.1-5kg is mixed in lead powder 100 kg to obtain the paste with the apparent density 4.02g/cm3 and the viscosity 1000cps. The dispersant 0.1-2wt.% is required to be mixed in the paste with the apparent density 3.0-4.5g/cm3 to set the viscosity of the paste to 3000cps or below.
