Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a cleansing fabric which has an excellent cleaning ability and reduces environmental pollution and manufacturing cost.
CONSTITUTION: This method for manufacturing the cleansing fabric comprises a surface layer and a rear layer consisting of separative type ultrafine fibers obtained by conjugate spinning of a hydrophilic nylon and a lipophilic polyester and an intermediate layer having a three-layered knitted structure obtained by knitting highly shrinkable polyester fibers having ≥50% contractibility and then dyeing them.
