Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a filter improved in color reproductivity, transmittance, and adhesion by vapor depositing a ZnCdS type layer onto a base maintained at a temp. of a specified value or less at the start of the vapor deposition, and heat- treating it.

CONSTITUTION: ZnxCd1-xS (0≤x≤1) is vapor deposited to the base at ≤110°C at the start of vapor deposition. It is heat-treated at 300W550°C, and patternwise formed.
