Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for manufacturing a component for a clock capable of inexpensively manufacturing and suppressing a decrease in an accuracy of the component or a deterioration of its yield in the method for molding the component by a molding method.
SOLUTION: An outer peripheral region 11 of a main plate 10 is formed in a thick portion formed in an annular frame state. Thin parts 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e and 11f dispersively disposed at positions separate from each other in a circumferential direction are provided on the region 11. Further, an inner region from the region 11 is fundamentally thinned, and partly thicker parts 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 than a periphery are provided at the inner region. In the method for manufacturing the plate 10, a molten metal material is cast from a gate 17 in a mold having a cavity corresponding to the plate, and injection molded.
