PURPOSE: To manufacture a composite damping metallic plate being homogeneous extending over the whole by holding an insert metal having fine width between metallic plates having a plate crown, respectively and annealing it in a state that face pressure is applied by a weight and by diffusion joining which occurs between the metallic plate and the insert metal.
CONSTITUTION: As for how to laminate a metallic plate, according to this method, a square cut planar metallic plate having a plate crown is used, and on a metallic plate A, an insert metal having fine width is spread in a roughly uniform distribution state so that the ratio of all joined part cross sections becomes a prescribed ratio, and plural pairs of unjoined laminated bodies obtained by laminating metallic plates B are laminate thereon so that the plate crown direction becomes the vertical direction to the plate crown direction of the metallic plates A, and on the uppermost part 1 formed by laminating plural pairs thereof, a single weight 2 is placed. Since a product can be obtained from the raw material metallic plate effectively in full width, the yield is improved.
