Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired degree of orientation under a simple structure and meet the requirements of even a composite magnetic material with generation sources for a low-frequency noise and a high-frequency noise generation source adjacent to each other, at a low manufacturing cost by forming slits in the specified part of a mold used for injection molding, and orientating the composite magnetic material.
SOLUTION: After placing a lid from above a mold 11, a material constituting a composite magnetic material is poured into the grooves of the mold 11 from a nozzle 21. In addition, a magnet for applying a magnetic field for orientation is arranged on the circumferences of a low-frequency part and a high-frequency part which are located at the lower side of the mold 11. In detail, the magnet is embedded into the grooves formed on the circumferences of the low-frequency part and the high-frequency part located at the lower side of the mold 11. Further, slits 31 are formed in these grooves. A high degree of orientation over or under the degree of orientation of 3.9 is obtained by using the described magnetic field orientation. Therefore, even when the required magnetic material is of such a construction that the noise generation sources for the low-frequency and the high-frequency noise are adjacent to each other, it is possible to meet the requirements of this magnetic material by molding a single composite magnetic material with a partially divided noise generation source.
