PURPOSE: To provide a compositte permeable membrane of great mechanical strength, of excellent stability and reliability, by making a number of holes in a sheet base-material after it is coated with polymer adhesive, then by joining the base material with a permeable membrane on its surface.
CONSTITUTION: Into a tubular permeable membrane 1 previously manufactured is inserted a suitable supporting pipe 5, then a sheet base-material 2, which has been coated with polymer adhesive and in which many holes have been made, is wound around the membrane 1. The base material 2 wound around the membrane 1 is pressed and/or heated in order to join the base material 2 with the membrane 1, thus manufacturing tubular composite permeable membrane. As the membrane 1 is used, e.g., acetyl cellulose, as the base material, e.g., PE film, and as the polymer adhesive, e.g., a copolymer emulsion type adhesive consisting of metacrylic acid, acrylic acid, and butyl acrylate.
