Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease weight by forming a flange partly with FRP and to increase the bond strength between the flange and a main body.
CONSTITUTION: A plate 11 is prepared which has an engagement hole 10 and is formed by projectingly installing a cylindrical member 13 and guide members 15, 16 around the hole 10, the plate 11 is engaged to a mandrel 18, and fibers 19 impregnated with a resin are wound onto the cylindrical member 13 while being guided by the guide members 15, 16 to form a flange having a fiber lamination layer part 20 which circumscribes the mandrel 18. Next, the flange is engaged with a shaft main body which is formed by winding fibers impregnated with a resin separately onto a mandrel and subjected to curing to be integrated with the main body.
