To manufacture a compression molding material, which has high compressibility and less exfoliation and is superior in carrying property and storage property, from the waste.
This compression molding device 41 comprises a circular die 1, in which die holes 2 composed of plural through holes are provided, and rolling rollers 3 movably installed in the inner diameter of the die 1 while clamping with the inner circumferential face of the die 1. The die 1 is rotated, and a compression molded material 4a being supplied in the inner diameter of the die 1 is pushed into the die holes 2 by the rolling rollers 3 and then compressed. The number of the die holes 2 is decreased, and the rate of hole area of the die 1 is varied so as to heighten the compressibility.
