In the decorative laminate panel, non-woven fabric having water permeability and woven fabric are laminated to form a transfer sheet base material. A peeling layer 31 consisting of water-soluble ink and a printed pattern layer 32 are in order formed on the woven fabric surface of the transfer sheet base material. A non-woven fabric surface of the transfer sheet base material is constructed so as to come in contact with an inner surface of a shuttering. Then, ready-mixed concrete is casted into the shuttering. After hardening, the printed pattern layer 32 is formed on a surface of hardened concrete 2b by separating the shuttering and the transfer sheet base material.
