PURPOSE: To manufacture a concrete decorative sheet with a clear pattern on its surface as a site work by coating the print pattern layer side of a transfer sheet with polymer cement mortar, curing the polymer cement mortar to manufacture a mold and pouring ready mixed concrete into the mold and curing therein.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer sheet with a release layer 5 composed of water-soluble resin and a print pattern layer 6 formed on the surface of a transfer sheet base 4 is provided. Then the transfer sheet is stuck on the surface of a plywood 8 through an adhesive mass 7, and polymer cement mortar 3 is sprayed on the surface to carry out the coating and curing, and then combined all together to form a mold 9. Then, ready mixed concrete 2A is injected into the mold 9 and cured therein. Also the mold 9 is released, and a concrete decorative sheet 1 constituted of decorative layers, composed of a polymer cement mortar layer 3, print pattern layer 6 and the release layers 5 having the thickness of 1-3mm respectively laid successively in the above order, is formed on the surface of cured concrete 2B.
