CONSTITUTION: On a printing film 22 having print thereon, a melting resin 42 is protruded from a protrusion molding machine 40 so as to form a laminated resin body 44. Thereafter, the laminated resin body 44 is stamped by a mold so as to form an outlet and a shoulder.
