Abstract:
PURPOSE: To use one container as a shallow and a deep container or an ornament and to use different colors on side walls to provide good appearance by placing a shallow upper container open at its upper end on a deep lower container open at both ends with an intermediate bottom wall between them, and burning the containers, or separating the lower container or providing a desired number of lower containers stacked one atop another with their side walls glazed with different colors.
CONSTITUTION: A container H1 having an intermediate bottom wall is divided into an upper container 1a taking the form of a rectangular solid having an upper opening 11a, side walls 12a, and an intermediate bottom wall 13a and a lower container 2a having a lower opening 21a and side walls 22a with the intermediate bottom wall 13a between the containers 1a, 2a, and is used with either the upper 1a or lower 2a container up as necessary.
