Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the yield in steps and to closely integrate steel plates to reduce a running noise due to a magnetic vibration by engaging, laminating and integrating recesses and projections formed at the prescribed positions of the plates. CONSTITUTION:Steel plates are punched by a press to form steep plates having a shape of core. At this punching time, recesses 9a and projections 9b are simultaneously formed at the prescribed positions of the plates by half-punching of the press. Then, the punched plates are laminated, pressurized and integrated to engage the recesses 9a with the projections 9b.
