PURPOSE: To get a coil, wherein the working force of an each-phase coil is equal, by curving a coreless frame-shaped coil, which has a cavity at the center, and also bending the top side and the bottom side in the same direction so as to mold it into a U shape.
CONSTITUTION: A flat rectangular coil 1 is molded, which has, at the center, a rectangular cavity 2 whose height H is far larger than the height h of a fixing ring and whose width W is approximately equal to the width W of winding. This coil 1 is bent to be fit along the inside periphery of the fixing ring 4 consisting of a magnetic substance. Next, the top and bottom of the coil 1 are bent in the same direction, so that the inner height h of the bend may be approximately equal to the height h of the fixing ring 4, thus it is molded into a U shape to get an A-shape coil 3a, otherwise it is molded into a U shape, so that the inner height h2=h+2t=H, to get a B-phase coil 3b. The A-phase coil 3a is attached to the inside periphery of the fixing ring 4 so that the top and bottom bends of the coil may catch the top and bottom margins of the fixing ring, and next the B-phase coil 3b is attached with its phase slid so that the longitudinal side on one side may fit in the cavity 2 of the A-phase coil 3a.
