A band-shaped material with flexibility such as cardboard is wound in a spiral form, and a pipe-shaped core 2 is formed. A FRP molded material 3 consisting of a band-shaped fiber material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is wound around the outer periphery of the core with an overlapped part formed in a spiral shape, and the resin is hardened to form a pipe element.
