PURPOSE: To eliminate the manufacture process relating to the electroforming and to simplify the manufacture process by applying cutting to a blank manufactured by the casting method or the forging method with an inner diameter deep grooving tool, arranged with a front cut blade, a left cut blade, a right cut blade and a stepped cut blade.
CONSTITUTION: The inner diameter deep grooving tool 12 is set at first to a position 1 from a hole made to a blank 11 placed on a lathe by the machining C, moved in a direction shown in alternate long and short dash lines and a front cut blade 12a and a left cut blade 12b cut part of a rear face of a stepped fin 2c and a deep groove outer circumferential face. Then the tool 12 is placed to a position 2, moved in a direction shown in alternate long and two short dashes lines, and a right cut blade 12c and the cut blade 12a cut part of the upper face of the step of the stepped fin 2b and the deep groove outer circumferential face. Then after the tool 12 is placed to a position 3, the tool is moved in the upper direction, the machining of part of the step side face and the upper face of the stepped fin 2a is made complete by the cut blade 12c and the stepped cut blade 12d, moreover, the blade is moved in a direction shown in broken lines, part of the upper face of the stepped fin 2a and part of the deep slot outer circumferential face are machined with the cut blade 12c and the cut blade 12a to make the inner diameter deep grooving complete. Thus, the inner diameter deep grooving is sequentially implemented.
