Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the sealing property of the sealing surface of a fixing part in cutting.
CONSTITUTION: In a coupling tool 10, the tip part of a tube part 14 of a socket 16 is forcibly inserted to the through-hole 20A of a fixing part 12, and this hole 20A and this tube part 14 are joined with mutually with a copper brazing process. Next, the sealing surface 12A of the fixing part 12 is rotated to be pressurized by a rotary pressurizing machine 70. This rotary pressurizing machine 70 is provided with two opposite rotary shafts 72, and a receiving jig 74 is fixed to the tip part of the rotary shaft 72. A head 76 is mounted attachably and detachably to this receiving jig 74, and notches are formed on this head 76. Inside the notch 78, a cylindrical roller pin 80 is supported rotatably the direction of axial rotation. Accordingly, the sealing surface 12A of the fixing part 12 can be rotated to be pressurized by the roller pin 80 by moving the head 76 in the direction of arrow mark C with a prescribed force while rotating the head 76 in the direction of arrow mark B.
