Abstract:
PURPOSE: To providing a method for making a cushion sheet which eliminates a problem arising in the manufacture of the cushion sheet by the conventional method and without impairing appearance as product and enables the guaranteeing and checking of the existence of a viscoelastic type polyurethane visually with the cushion sheet assembled into a product such as shoes.
CONSTITUTION: An upper layer 100 comprising an elastic type polyurethane foam includes numerous holes 17 and a the thermoplastic urethane film member 120 is bonded entirely to the side facing a lower layer comprising a viscoelastic polyurethane. A liquid viscoelastic type polyurethane is injected into a die 5 and the upper layer 100 is placed on the die 5. The upper layer and the lover layer 7 are pressed mutually being heated without spending so much time after the injection of the viscoelastic type polyurethane in the liquid.
