Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the loosening of gauze and raising the adhesive power between the gauze and paper patterns, by interposing a net between the paper patterns bonded with the gauze by a synthetic resin paint and finish-coated with the same paint and by drying the paint.
CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin paint 2 is coated on a paper pattern 1. Before the paint 2 is dried, the gauze 3 is bonded to the paint. A net 4 is then put on the gauze. Such paper patterns provided with the paint, gauze and net are sequentially stacked with one another so that the gauze adjoins to the net. A weight 5 is put on the stack. The synthetic resin paint is then dried. As a result, a cut-off pattern for paper stencilling is manufactured.
