Abstract:
To manufacture using a simple method a blade with an edge which has a smaller angle than those produced by conventional methods.
A blade base 2 having an edge 1 is coated at its sliding surface 3 with an edge-forming material in such a way that the material circles at least the side face 4 of the edge 1; after the base 2 is coated in such a way that the circling coating layer 5 gets thinner as it leaves the sliding surface 3, the coating layer 5 on the sliding surface 3 is removed to make the angle of the edge 6 smaller than that of the blade base 2.
