PURPOSE: To always maintain the product precision as cutting tool by soldering- welding a piece of the plate-shaped tip onto the cutting edge part of a cutting tool and cutting the plate-shaped tip at the center and always maintaining a proper contact surface between two tips.

CONSTITUTION: A plate-shaped tip installation part 2 is installed onto the cutting edge part 1 of a cutting tool such as nippers and cutting pliers, and one piece of the plate-shaped tip 3 which is individually prepared is soldering-welded onto the plate-shaped tip installation part 2. The plate-shaped tip 3 which is soldering-welded onto the cutting edge part 1 is cut in the center direction 4, and the plate-shaped tip which is divided into two pieces is applied with cutting edge work, and finishing is performed. Therefore, the soldering-welding process can be made simple, and the plate-shaped tip which is cut into two pieces is soldering-welded as cutting edge part to a proper position, and the precision of the product can be improved, and cost cut can be achieved.
