Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture cylindrical parts excellent in dimensional precision of the inner and the outer diameters, roundness and the precision of the end surfaces at a low cost.
SOLUTION: A metallic plate material 12 having the same thickness L1 as that of the object cylindrical parts 10 and whose length L1 is set according to the width size W1 so as to secure the fixed vol. in the range of the width W1 of 96% ≤W1<100%, further desirably 98% ≤W1<100% of the dimension obtd. at the center of the thickness of the developed cylindrical parts 10 is taken out from a strip sheet in a blanking process (a) and subjected to bending into a U shape (b) and then into an O shape (C) with a press to round the sheet in the cylindrical shape. Thereafter, a bonding treatment is applied to this cylindrical pressed product 22 and a cold-forging of compressing the product 22 from the axial direction is executed, and then, making the edge parts 32, 34 round by two processes (d) and (e), and also, a finishing work of the inner and the outer diameters is executed.
