Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve stability and reliability, by constituting a DC high voltage generating circuit block in such a manner that capacitors equipped with electrodes on the both planes are placed in layers on the both sides of a rectifier and are joined electrically. CONSTITUTION:The part of a high voltage output lead wire 34 which is to be inserted in a soldering jig 33 is provided with coating of soldering cream and put into a frame 31 through a slit of the frame 31 on the left side of the soldering jig 33, and a rectifier D5 is arranged. And then, a capacitor C3, which is provided with electrodes on the both planes, is put in. A rectifier D4 is arranged on this, the lead wire is put into a frame 32 on the right side, and a capacitor C5 is put into this. And then, diodes D3, D2 and D1 and capacitors C2, C4 and C1 are arranged in turn, and after an input terminal 41 and a grounding terminal 38 are installed, molding is done by using resin.
