Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture decoration with a specified identification part even on a molded product with a non-flat surface of the rear by forming a peel-off coat on the periphery of a recessed part for identification on the rear of the molded product a first coloring layer, and then a second coloring layer after separating the peel-off coat. CONSTITUTION:When an identification part 2 is formed on the rear of a molded product 1 of transparent synthetic resin in such a manner that said part 2 is visible from the external surface side, a recessed part for identification 3 which constitutes the identification part 2 is formed on the rear 4 of the molded product. Then a peel-off coat 11 is formed on the periphery of the recessed part for identification 3, and a first coloring layer 17 is formed on a recessed part for identification 3 using the peel-off coat 11 as a mask. Next, the peel-off coat 11 is separated and a second coloring layer 20 is formed on the rear 4 of the molded product. Consequently, a decoration of transparent synthetic resin with a specified identification part, a sharp parting line and an excellent appearance can be manufactured even on a molded product with a non-flat rear surface.
