Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative board made of concrete, which permits the construction of the arrangement or exposed height of a stone members and the like just like as a design easily in a charging stage.
SOLUTION: Concrete 12 is cast on the bottom 11A of a mold frame 11 to form the layer 12A of concrete, mortar is cast on the layer of concrete 12A to form the layer 13A of mortar, then, gravels 14, such as natural stones, artificial stones, fragments of porcelain are arranged on the layer 13A and, thereafter, sand 15 is charged to form a sand layer 15A and press the gravels through the sand layer 15A, and the sand is removed after mold releasing.
